RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is hiring 3rd Shift Fill Off Attendants (Shift Differential). The role involves filling batches into containers, labeling, and preparing goods for shipment, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Candidates should be able to locate vats, pre-mix materials, bond and ground containers, record batch notes, and maintain a clean work area. Background check and drug test are required; in-person work location.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Locate vat to be filled as per batch ticket instructions.
• Pre-mix material in vat before filling.
• Locate materials (containers, strainers, equipment) as indicated by batch ticket.
• Ground and bond containers before filling.
• Obtain retain per batch instructions; labels retained as directed by QC.
• Complete fill-off procedure.
• Clean vat and equipment as per batch ticket.
• Make notes on batch ticket regarding fill-off.
• Apply labeling as instructed on batch ticket.
• Move finished goods to warehouse.
