Job summary

Total Reliance Contracting Co in Dalton, GA is seeking a 2nd shift Quality Control Lab Technician to perform chemical testing and QA for manufactured products on site. The role involves manual and automated titrations, pH, conductivity, density, viscosity, and moisture checks, plus instrumental testing with FTIR, XRF, GC & HPLC, and GPC.

Strong attention to accuracy and safety is required. Candidate will log samples, build product knowledge, and collaborate with production staff to deliver

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Associates Degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical tests incl. titrations, pH, conductivity, density, and viscosity.
• Conduct instrumental testing (FTIR, XRF, GC & HPLC, GPC) and log results.
• Prepare CoAs daily and maintain lab organized and clean.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Coordinate with production staff and report test results in a timely manner.
