Job summary

PDI is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector for the 2nd shift (M-F, 3:00 pm-11:30 pm) to perform in-process quality checks across manufacturing lines and ensure Finished Goods meet product specifications. The role requires documenting inspection data, Line Clearance readiness, and clear communication of any discrepancies to Quality and Production.

Qualified applicants will have an Associate’s Degree or related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and 0–1 years in a regulated

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
0-1 years of experience in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

Perform daily inspection of production lines to assure GMP compliance and accurately document on the Daily Inspection Report (DIR).
Inspect work areas and verify Line Clearance readiness before use.
Monitor, sample, and inspect in-process finished product and determine disposition with proper labeling.
Identify discrepancies and notify Production and Quality when procedures or specs are not met.
Collect samples per customer or internal specifications and ensure documentation accuracy for QA Release submission.
Review Master Batch Sheets and related documentation for accuracy.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and promote a quality culture.
