Job summary

PDI is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm) to perform in‑process quality checks across manufacturing lines and ensure finished goods meet specifications. Responsibilities include documenting inspections on the Daily Inspection Report, line clearance, sample collection, data review, and final disposition of product.

Candidates should have an Associate’s degree or equivalent, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and 0–1 year of experience in a regulated

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 0–1 years of experience in a regulated industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection of all production lines and document on Daily Inspection Report (DIR).
• Inspect work areas and verify readiness of work areas prior to use (Line Clearance).
• Monitor, sample, and inspect in-process finished product for quality; collect data for disposition.
• Identify discrepancies and notify Production and Quality when procedures or specs are not met.
• Review Master Batch Sheets and transfer/disposition documentation for QA Release.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and promote a quality culture.
