Job summary

Watteredge LLC is seeking a dependable Production Worker for the 2nd shift Pressweld team in Avon Lake, OH. The role focuses on setting up equipment, reading specifications, loading copper materials, and ensuring quality throughout manufacturing.

You will work with hand tools, perform measurements, and document production activities while maintaining a safe, clean work area in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and production documentation.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Pressweld equipment and production machinery.
• Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, blueprints, and specifications.
• Load, position, and remove copper materials and components.
• Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Use basic measuring tools to verify product specifications.
• Monitor equipment and report mechanical, material, or quality concerns.
• Complete required production documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with team members to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Location – Avon Lake, OH; 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Watteredge is looking for a dependable and motivated Production Worker to join our 2nd Shift Pressweld team. This hands-on position plays an important role in manufacturing high-quality copper products for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate Pressweld equipment and production machinery.
• Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, blueprints, and specifications.
• Load, position, and remove copper materials and components.
• Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
