Job summary

Bunzl Safety in Piperton, TN is seeking a Production Worker for the Value Added Services department. You will assemble boxes, make product alterations, and learn procedures to meet quality targets. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely production.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–11:00pm. Responsibilities include labeling, packaging, inspecting finished goods, and maintaining equipment. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; Basic math and reading instructions are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform labeling, bagging, boxing, inspecting and preparing finished goods for shipping in the VAS department.
• Ensure all products are defect-free and produced according to quality control procedures.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with OSHA standards.
