Job summary

Bunzl Safety in Piperton, TN is hiring a first shift Warehouse Worker to pick, pack, and ship orders using forklift equipment. The role requires operating pallet jacks and maintaining accurate inventories in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for loading, labeling, and ensuring shipments are correct and damage-free, with occasional overtime and safety compliance throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or forklift is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to lift 60–75 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• Dependable, team-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders for shipment and ensure correct items loaded and shipped.
• Repack and label orders and report quality variances.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and electric jacks as needed for order filling.
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure no more than one partial carton is opened at a time.
• Verify order quantities before processing through the freight system.
• Load trailers after processing deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly warehouse; follow safety procedures.
