Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Production Worker for its Second Shift in Winfield, IL. You will perform general labor tasks, operate production equipment, and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key duties include feeding lines, boxing products, and routine quality checks. A strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in extreme temperatures are essential.

• Ability to be on feet (standing or walking) for up to 4 hours at a time.
