Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates routine production machinery in accordance with provided prints and specifications.
• Carries out routine activities to produce required quantity of parts.
• Measures finished parts with precision tools for compliance.
• Maintains logs and records of units produced.
• Inspects equipment prior to use for proper setup and alignment.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follows safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills

Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team

Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machineries

Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment

Education
