You will read blueprints, perform quality checks, document data, and collaborate with teammates; the role emphasizes hands-on manufacturing excellence, adherence to safety, and potential growth within a global engineering company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related Experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Preferred: prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Assemble hydraulic pumps.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Record production data and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
