Job summary

NexForm, headquartered in Battle Creek, Michigan, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Team Member to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility. The role involves operating molding and trimming equipment, loading materials, inspecting parts, packaging finished products, and logging data in Plex.

We offer starting pay of $16.50 per hour plus a $2 shift premium, with overtime opportunities and room for advancement. A High School diploma and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing production facility experience preferred.
• Standing for long periods (8-10 hours per day).
• Occasional lifting to maximum of 25 lbs.
• Ability to continuously bend and stoop over long periods performing repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to pass pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and have adequate means of transportation.
• Manufacturing or factory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding, oven, and trim equipment
• Load and unload production materials
• Inspect parts for quality defects
• Package finished products
• Enter production information into the Plex system
