Responsibilities

• Determine sequence of operations by studying blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Prepare machine for production by positioning and securing tools, and part holding fixtures. Operate inspection equipment.
• Prepare set ups and change fixtures and tooling for existing products.
• Upload and download programs through DNC system.
• Maintain and inspect equipment, ensuring tight tolerance objectives.
• Use manual CMM and hand inspection equipment.
