Job summary

Bocar US is hiring Production & Die Cast Technicians for our Tanner, Alabama operations. This direct hire role is on the 2nd shift with a $19.415/hour starting pay plus a $1.00/hour shift premium, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The position involves loading and unloading aluminum castings, operating and monitoring die casting equipment, inspecting parts, and ensuring quality. Candidates should read/write in English and be able to lift up to 22 pounds repeatedly while maintaining safety

Responsibilities

• Load and unload aluminum castings from automated production equipment.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards.
• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing and die casting equipment.
• Deburr, straighten, polish, and finish castings with tools.
• Document production results and quality checks.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Pack finished products for shipment.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $19.415/hour $1.00/hour Shift Differential Fixed 2nd Shift Schedule Direct Hire Position

What You'll Do

• Load and unload aluminum castings from automated production equipment
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing and die casting equipment
• Deburr, straighten, polish, and finish castings using pneumatic tools and hand tools
• Document production results and quality checks
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks
• Pack and prepare finished products for shipment
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
