Responsibilities

• Assure safety standards are always followed.
• Follow standard work instructions (SWI).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Achieve operator certification.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Help achieve team performance goals.
• Follow ISO14001/TS16949 documentation.
• Participate in self-directed work team model.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Participate in plant recycling programs.
