The Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a 2nd shift Team Leader to join Wesanco in Smyrna, TN. You will supervise and motivate a production team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output while coordinating with the shift supervisor to meet goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, coaching team members, and driving process improvements. Strong communication and organizational skills required; prior team lead experience preferred.

Competenze

• 2 years of experience in a production facility.
• Minimum 2 years of Team Lead experience, leading teams.
• Minimum 2 years of production experience.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee the daily activities of a production team to ensure volume, cost, waste, and quality standards are achieved.
• Validate or coordinate the work of others.
• Fill in for absences or when lines are down.
• Ensure processes are being followed.
• Perform quality checks and ensure quality of responsible areas.
• Gather and input data, equipment recovery and repair.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Train team members, delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Monitor KPI performance and report to shift supervisor.
• Provide coaching and recognize high performance.
