Job summary

The Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Member for the 2nd and 3rd shifts at Smyrna, TN. This full-time position requires experience in high-volume distribution, operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.

You will receive, inspect, and prepare orders while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. Direct-hire with competitive benefits, tuition reimbursement, wellness incentives, and a strong 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or shipping environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming finished goods for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and care.
• Operate stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper documentation and cycle counting.
• Comply with all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
