Job summary

Ideal Tridon, Smyrna, TN, is seeking a Team Leader for 2nd shift. You will supervise a production team, coordinate tasks, and drive quality, safety, and efficiency. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and coaching skills to guide team members and meet targets.

The position operates Monday–Friday with possible OT on Saturdays, 2nd shift from 3:00pm–11:30pm. Prior team-lead experience in manufacturing and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a production facility.
• Minimum two years of Team Lead experience.
• Minimum two years of production experience.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production team activities to meet volume, cost, waste, and quality goals.
• Coordinate and validate work, fill in for absences, and ensure process adherence.
• Provide coaching, set deadlines, and drive KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure team safety and maintain equipment readiness.
• Train team members and delegate tasks effectively.
