Responsibilities

• Receive daily production schedules from planning and materials from logistics.
• Coordinate inputs and resources to achieve on-time production within budget.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process.
• Manage controllable operating expenditures such as scrap and consumables; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely return-to-work interviews and conduct first-level disciplinary actions when needed.
