Job summary

Stratas Foods is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Support employee for the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift in Quincy, IL. This entry level manufacturing role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and offers full-time employment with competitive pay.

Responsibilities include supporting production lines, housekeeping, basic equipment operation, data entry, and collaboration with Operators to meet production goals. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willing to work any shift, overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Keep lines stocked with packaging materials.
• Operate production lines through breaks and lunches.
• Run production line when Operator is not available.
• Fill out appropriate paper work while covering for Line Operator.
• Basic troubleshooting and repair of packaging equipment.
• Knowledge of basic operation for equipment on line.
• Understand and perform basic tasks as needed within the M3 inventory system.
• Support production goals and progress through communication and teamwork with Operators.
