Job summary

Oetiker Group in Town of Lancaster, NY is seeking a Shipping/Materials Associate for the 2nd shift. You will stock production machines, move parts, load and unload with a forklift, and support warehouse operations to ensure timely production flow.

The role requires SAP/L2L familiarity, forklift certification, good communication, and basic math skills. 2nd shift hours are 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP and L2L preferred; Forklift, Pallet Jack, and Big Joe Stock Picker required.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail including basic math.
• High School diploma or GED with 6 months to 1 year shipping experience.

Responsibilities

• Keeps production machines stocked by placing parts at machines as needed.
• Assists manufacturing with obtaining components for production.
• Moves finished parts to inspection or shipping and scans.
• Stock shelves with components during shift.
• Operates forklift to load/unload trucks and move pallets.
• Supports continuous improvement in Production Department.
• Performs rounds to replenish material at machines.
