Winona Foods is seeking a Production Support Lead for the 2nd shift in our Green Bay, WI warehouse. You will lead teams moving raw and finished materials, operate the forklift, and ensure efficient use of our Warehouse Management System.
Responsibilities include creating work orders, overseeing de-boxer personnel, and maintaining FIFO and safety procedures in a refrigerated environment. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Under the direction of the Production Support Supervisor, the Production Support Lead is engaged in leading the teams that move raw and finished materials to identified locations as well as providing direction to the manual cheese de-boxer personnel.

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is preferred. Ability to use computer systems.
This position primarily works in a cooler environment. Temperatures are usually around 38 - 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
