Job summary

Pennsy Supply Inc is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a team of 10+ employees at the Thomasville, PA facility. You will oversee safe, efficient production and shipment of bulk, bagged and pelletized products, coordinating with maintenance, quality, and customer service to meet production goals.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in manufacturing or aggregates, with strong problem-solving and team development skills to drive operational performance and safety

Qualifications

Experience leading a manufacturing/industrial team.
Ability to enforce safety and quality standards.
Experience coordinating with maintenance, quality and customer service.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 10+ employees on 2nd shift to meet production goals.
Ensure safe operation and compliance with MSHA and company rules.
Coordinate production schedules with maintenance, quality and service teams.
Prepare reports and present performance to management.
