Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Requires valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on assigned shift; manage daily production flow.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure material availability.
• Uphold safety in the plant and train partners on safety policies.
