Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing scheduling processes including making, assembling, finishing, and production support.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP or other MRP systems a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate direct reports to meet objectives.
• Plan and schedule work of multiple cells for optimal resources.
• Recommend budgetary needs and help achieve financial goals.
• Evaluate production records to ensure cell quality and productivity.
• Ensure safe, secure, and compliant work environment.
• Develop employees through coaching and performance management.
