Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership with sense of urgency and strong accountability.
• Data-driven decision making and problem solving.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a supervision role in high-volume, multi-product environments.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Improve efficiency and utilization of the Production Department.
• Ensure product quality and resolve quality issues effectively.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with support departments to resolve issues.
• Address safety concerns and maintain a safe work environment.
• Align multiple product lines to meet weekly manufacturing plans.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, procedures and policies.
• Mentor and develop lead-hands for hour-by-hour operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S in departments.
• Plan manpower and staffing, including operators and leads.
