Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities in the Ammunition Manufacturing dept; plan, schedule, and coordinate workforce and materials.
• Ensure packaging, labeling, preservation, and documentation meet specs and customer requirements.
• Monitor outputs, efficiency, and quality; collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Investigate delays and equipment issues; implement corrective actions and train staff.
