Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an onsite Production Supervisor LVA for the 2nd shift at our Arden, NC facility. The role supports training, continuous improvement, quality products and services, and plant objectives.

The supervisor drives processes in the department, aiming for zero incidents, optimized output, and cost reduction while aligning decisions with a process-driven culture. This position requires leadership and strong team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, leadership, or related field; or equivalent leadership experience.
• 2 years leadership experience with an associate’s degree; or 10 years operations with 5 years leadership.
• Willing to reside within 75 miles of Arden, NC; no relocation offered.
