Job summary

Accent Countertops is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Salt Lake City. Lead the production and warehouse team, coordinate daily workflow, and ensure safe, efficient operations from receiving to delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or production.
• 3+ years hands-on warehouse or material handling experience.
• Experience with loading, receiving, and inventory processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (air brake endorsement a plus).
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production and warehouse team members during 2nd shift.
• Coordinate daily workflow across receiving, production, and shipping.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts and equipment.
• Oversee preparation of finished goods for installation and delivery.
• Maintain an organized and efficient shipping and receiving area.
• Monitor inventory and track in-transit materials.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries, including communication with the Reno branch.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained and operating safely.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, timecards, and performance reviews.
