Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a team in our Riviera Beach plant. You will drive daily performance, ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and coach associates to build a stronger operation for the future.

You will monitor schedules, address bottlenecks, and support development of talent while maintaining GMP standards and health/safety policies.

Qualifications

• Been in a leadership role for at least 2 years.
• 5-8 years in manufacturing/distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and develop talent.
• Demonstrated ability to employ problem solving tools to determine root cause.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflict.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Demonstrated ability to execute against production playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production associates and drive daily performance.
• Keep production running efficiently and remove obstacles.
• Coach and develop employees and improve processes.
• Ensure GMP and quality guidelines are followed.
