Job summary

Lanco Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift. This hands-on leadership role coordinates daily production activities, supervises employees, and ensures safety and quality while meeting schedules.

You will train and coach a team, monitor workloads, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Strong blueprints reading and CNC familiarity are preferred; 5–7 years of supervisory manufacturing experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic math skills including fractions.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and support production employees (10–20 direct reports).
• Monitor production schedules and assign workload.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
• Establish department goals aligned with company objectives.
• Coach and provide feedback per company policies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and support development.
• Promote continuous improvement and identify process gains.
• Ensure safety, quality, and operational compliance.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive team environment.
