Job summary

Magpul Industries Corp. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift. The role will train on the first shift for 60-90 days before transitioning to the 2nd shift, supervising the production floor, coordinating staffing, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will lead continuous improvement, manage schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize throughput and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or production with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2nd shift production floor operations and staffing.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives and audits.
• Coach and train associates; deliver performance feedback.
