Job summary

MacLean-Fogg is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Saegertown, PA facility on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–11:30 PM). You will lead daily production operations, develop employees, and drive safe, efficient performance across quality, output and workflow.

This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating across teams, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years in production/manufacturing, including 2+ years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees to meet output, quality, safety, and schedule targets.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to strengthen team performance.
• Monitor production output and efficiency; ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate work across shifts and departments to maintain workflow and deadlines.
• Identify equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance/engineering for repairs.
• Oversee inventory in area and coordinate with production planning for materials.
