MacLean-Fogg is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Saegertown, PA facility. You will lead daily production operations, coach staff, and drive safe, efficient performance across quality, output, and workflow.

You will also coordinate needs across teams while supporting continuous improvement. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in manufacturing, including 2 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in production/manufacturing, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees to meet production, quality, safety, and schedule targets.
