Job summary

IAC Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2p-10p) at our Arlington, TX facility to lead the Door Assembly team, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering.

You will coach a team of production associates, conduct daily shift meetings, and strive for continuous improvement through lean and 5S practices while ensuring on-time delivery and performance targets.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as needed.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of production team to meet schedules and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and SOPs.
Monitor processes and adjust workflows to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Train, coach, and develop team members for performance and growth.
Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate goals and performance updates.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Support lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
