Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in South Indianapolis is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a 10-20 person team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

You will schedule customer orders, oversee production, shipping, and forklift activities, and drive safety and quality while coaching staff.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of fabrication equipment.
• Effective communication and MS Word/Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and distribute customer orders to team; ensure on-time completion.
• Assist with production, shipping, forklift operations as needed.
• Team development, follow-up, and monitoring of performance.
• Monitor quality practices and ensure targets are met.
• Ensure productivity targets are met and issues are corrected.
• Complete RFQ forms and provide daily reports.
