Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience with production scheduling and workflow management.
• Proven problem-solving ability and decision-making under pressure.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards.
