Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor for our Dixon, IL facility to oversee daily production floor operations, lead a team of operators and technicians, ensure safety and quality, and meet production targets.

This full-time, onsite role on 2nd shift offers a competitive compensation range, eligibility from day one, and benefits. A background in manufacturing and SAP knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Manufacturing is a plus.
• 3–5 years in production or food manufacturing; 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP and inventory software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to production workers and assign daily tasks.
• Coordinate production workflows and ensure equipment and materials are available.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies on the floor.
• Conduct training and development programs for staff to maintain skills.
• Monitor worker performance and provide constructive feedback.
