Responsibilities

• Supports capacity planning to meet on-time delivery demands.
• Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to drive operational excellence.
• Provides staffing, training, and performance guidance to the production team.
• Interacts with stakeholders to resolve order problems or complaints.
• Maintains knowledge of industry trends and manufacturing best practices.
