Job summary

Stonhard, a world-leading manufacturer and installer of seamless floors and lining systems, seeks a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm) to support operations, lead direct labor, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will drive daily priorities, train staff, manage attendance, and ensure SOP adherence while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and achieving OEE goals.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• 3-5 years' direct experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Batch processing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience with ERP systems; BAAN LN preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and to solve practical problems.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safety regulations and policies, investigates all incidents, and champions Safety 1st engagement.
• Maintains facilities in a neat, clean, and orderly manner with daily housekeeping.
• Manages attendance and timecards; enforces attendance policy.
• Ensures SOPs and work instructions are followed and deviations are analyzed with corrective actions.
• Updates daily management boards and communicates plant performance.
• Develops, trains, coaches employees; completes onboarding and performance reviews.
• Participates in Continuous Improvement Initiatives and OEE improvements.
