Job summary

Dauch's Rochester Manufacturing facility is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift. This onsite role oversees production activities, coordinates with support staff, and ensures daily schedules are met while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a union automotive environment and be available for all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must have strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Experience in union automotive manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production associates: hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Monitors production processes, volumes, and workflow; adjusts as needed.
• Expedites material flow, resolves issues, and ensures safety and compliance.
