Job summary

You will coordinate workflows, monitor progress, and drive process improvements to meet output targets. A background in manufacturing with Plex systems is preferred, along with strong leadership skills and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience working in PLEX systems or similar.
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise production associates by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and mentoring.
• Communicate job expectations while planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Strive to meet production goals by observing process volumes and recommending process adjustments.
• Coordinate production processes by monitoring progress; expediting material flow and resolving problems to achieve desired results.
• Improve process workflow by eliminating stoppages and analyzing delays.
• Complete daily shift production reports.
• Maintain production status, requirements, and issues with incoming shift to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy production environment by adhering to standards and laws.
• Contribute to production process by welcoming new requests and helping others accomplish job results.
• All other duties as assigned.
