Job summary

Rebo Lighting & Electronics, LLC in Sparta, TN is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for Assembly & Molding to lead a fast-paced team and ensure on-time, quality production.

You will plan staffing, monitor safety and 6S, coordinate with other departments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while coaching operators to meet departmental targets. Automotive experience and ERP familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production supervision experience, preferably in automotive assembly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to lead start-of-shift meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; PLEX is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations, business or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule personnel with the Production Manager (vacations, temporary workers, overtime).
• Provide production expectations and quality feedback to team members daily.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental activities to fulfill production orders, meet inventory requirements, and deliver products on time.
