Yinlun TDI, LLC in Morton, IL is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a designated production team on the second shift. You will oversee safety, quality, efficiency, and customer expectations, and provide direction across scheduling, performance management, training, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

The role requires at least 2 years of related operations experience and a high school diploma.

Description

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Reports To: Assistant Plant Manager

Shift: Second Shift

Location: Morton, IL

FLSA Classification: Exempt

Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for front-line leadership in day-to-day operations of a designated production team to include safety, quality, efficiencies, and meeting customer expectations. Provides overall direction to production floor employees in the areas of production, scheduling, performance management, training and other related areas striving to improve overall operational efficiencies.
