Defense Mechanics Inc in Denton, Texas is seeking a Production Foreman to lead and manage the production team. The individual will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of products while implementing lean processes.
The ideal candidate will possess supervisory experience and a strong understanding of manufacturing environments, particularly in high-mix, low-volume production. An associates degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Production
Production Manager / Supervisor / Site Leader
Lead and manage resources, tools, training, and direction for production employees to be safe, effective and efficient. Balance resource constraints to ensure products meet quality standards, are on time, and within budget.
HS Diploma or equivalent experience. Associates Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Technology or higher preferred.
Lean Sigma
Ability to read and understand English instructions.
Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Descriptive Statistics.
