Job summary

Kyungshinlear is seeking a production/warehouse lead to plan, organize, and direct daily activities at our Montgomery, AL facility. This is a temporary-to-permanent role with a 30-day probation period, on-site work, and weekly pay.

Overtime is available; a $500 retention bonus is offered after 90 days of employment. The role involves coaching staff, reporting to upper management, ensuring safety and efficient product flow, and maintaining strong team performance.
