Job summary

IFS Industries is seeking a Production Operator to safely operate manufacturing batches per procedures, weigh materials, monitor quality, and support efficient production. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

The candidate should have basic math skills, be able to follow instructions, and be able to work 8-hour shifts on the 2nd shift (1:45 P.M. - 10:15 P.M.).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Compounding, Batching, Blending, Pre-weigh, or Chemical preferred.
• Respirator use is mandatory; employees must be clean shaven where respirator seals are involved.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Speak, read and write English effectively.
• Able to work 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to SOPs.
• Monitor production lines for efficient workflow and quality.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Weigh and load materials according to batch tickets and procedures.
• Record batch data, weights, and timestamps accurately.
• Package finished products and maintain inventory logs.
