Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality paint finishes.
• Willingness to operate and adjust paint equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray painter gun or dip tank to apply industrial paint coating on material.
• Load, feed, and unload material through paint process.
• Select appropriate paint coatings and set up equipment to paint material.
• Clean and maintain paint application equipment and machines.
• Complete quality checks to ensure correct paint thickness and touch up as needed.
• Ensure materials are labeled and scanned upon exiting paint line; maintain records for paint and solvent usage.
• Participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Perform housekeeping, 5-S, and other duties as assigned.
