Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking production team members to help create and assemble fresh and frozen food options for customers nationwide. You will be a key player in achieving safety, quality and throughput goals while supporting a culture of inclusion.

Essential duties include operating specialized equipment, following GMP guidelines, and maintaining a safe work environment with consistent, repetitive tasks. Training and uniforms are provided; opportunities for advancement exist within a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous manufacturing/food handling experience preferred.
• Work with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate excellent work habits in line with GMPs.
• Perform steady and productive repetitive work for an extended period.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of specialized tasks.
• Properly use tools such as knives, hooks, or other specialized equipment.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and regulations.
• Perform physical tasks that could require constant repetitive motion.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies. Identifiy and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership
