Job summary

NOVARES is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm) at the Prairie du Chien, PR-PL site. The role covers production execution, quality checks, labeling, and adherence to health & safety standards.

The candidate will work across stations, maintain clean work areas, and participate in continuous improvement activities as part of a versatile manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to produce in accordance with procedures and standards (production, quality, flows, health & safety, etc.)
• Record production on the relevant sheets
• Package and identify parts produced and affix labels
• Validate conformity between the product and product labels

Responsibilities

• Produce in accordance with procedures and standards and ensure health & safety compliance
• Control the quality of production and raise alarms for anomalies
• Maintain clean and organized work area and stations
• Communicate instructions to the next shift and participate in team meetings
