Job summary

Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. is recruiting for a Machine Operator/Production role in Bolingbrook, IL. The position runs on the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with Saturdays and Sundays as required.

You will use basic hand and cutting tools, assemble and finish automotive accessories, and ensure quality standards are met. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers potential for permanent placement based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Use basic hand and cutting tools.
• Prepare and finish car mats including but not limited to hand trimming of various parts.
• Fill out all required paperwork.
• Lift and transfer raw materials, finished products, and packed materials from conveyors and tables.
• Assemble parts, place labels on products, and package products.
• Ensure all quality standards are met.
